I’ve always been the political outsider in this race!

March 31, 2022
I’ve always been the political outsider in this race!
When I entered this race in late October, two of the already-declared candidates were backed by powerful elected officials. With those insider connections, endorsements and money flowed from the political establishment to both of them. We were consistently outgunned.
But thanks to you, we came in first on Election Day by working hard, reaching out to every voter and sharing our proven, principled, problem-solving conservative message.
Even though I’ve spent my life supporting conservative causes and getting Republicans elected–decades of volunteering, donating, and doing the hard work–the political insiders in Austin don’t want to see me represent you. I’m too independent. I can’t be counted on to fall in line.
I am excited for the upcoming primary runoff and the opportunity before the voters of House District 52: Do you want a political outsider, who is a parent and property tax-paying homeowner, and who has had a successful 30-year private sector career in high-technology? Or do you want the political insider who has only ever worked as a government staffer and is wholly funded by powerful interests and Austin insiders?
The choice is yours. If I’m going to fight to secure our border our own way, finally lower our property taxes, empower parents and end leftist indoctrination in our schools, I’m going to need you.
The powers that be and insiders in Austin have made their choice. But your choice is the one that matters to me.
Please consider donating or volunteering. Everything helps.

Also, remember, you are invited to our official campaign kickoff event on Sunday, April 3rd from 4:00 to 6:00pm at The Oaks at Forest Creek (95 Twin Ridge Pkwy, Round Rock, TX 78664)!

If you’d like to RSVP, just reply to this email and let us know to count you in!

Remember: in run off elections, turnout is small and every vote counts. So mark your calendars for the runoff election as well: Early voting on Monday, May 16 through Friday, May 20. Runoff Election Day on Tuesday, May 24.

I hope you’ll join us at The Oaks at Forest Creek!

Regards,

Patrick McGuinness
